You just need to go in the storage room at noon, afternoon or evening in weekdays

Hospital you need to progress with the girl of Coyote club with yellow eyes (i don't remember her name sorry)

You need to catch 10 bats in the cave in the Realm of Heat

I believe there is a problem with Marin since the update, when I try to do it the game gives me an error message, the same for the list of waifus in the scroll.
