I am on Chrome 144.0.7559.97 - it completely freezes the game unfortunately. If I refresh, it goes back to a save point - however upon repeat if I go back to apply the spanner to the bolts the game crashes again. I had originally pressed all the 3 bolts consecutively after one another before the game froze, so I am unsure if I unintentionally "broke" it by doing that. When I tried the repeat off the same file, I tried to do one at a time however it froze after the first bolt. Maybe that information would be helpful for the replication.

There is a game crashing glitch when using the spanner on the bolt - it locks me out and freezes unfortunately. Otherwise super fun game and can't wait to play the full version! 

If you like the idea of a detective point and click adventure game with rich atmosphere and a shorter playtime, I would very much recommend Shards of God.

Shards of God is a short played indie adventure game that provides beautiful visuals and a very intriguing narrative. It might leave you wanting more in terms of length or depth but what it delivers is polished and stimulating to play.

The game sets you on a desert planet in a religious-/imperial-sci-fi world, where you (as Mother Tiabata and her acolyte Sister Ava) investigate a murder of a god-emperor. The visuals are definitely inspired by the old-school adventure games while also giving character and depth to the type of world the characters are living in. 

The narrative gives a proper murder-mystery feel; clues, investigation, suspects, hidden motives. The world-building, while compact, covers cultures, power structures, religion and politics. All of these features are  interwoven and not just thrown in there, which elevates the game beyond just point and click art. 

The actual puzzles are not so obscure that you are constantly stuck, however they are also not so easy that you are bored and blow through the gameplay. The hint system itself is really nice - and it is nice that you have to seek out a hint yourself rather than the game suggesting something to you. 

Overall, I rather enjoyed the game & would be interested in seeing a series like this continued. Bravo

hello! i experienced an error. otherwise its an amazing game. when i finished with just ice cream, it didnt actually let me finish, but brought up an error code.
