I am not one to beat around the bush, so lets get started.
I've been working on a little something these past few days but the idea has manifested itself into my prefrontal cortex about a month ago. Judging by you being on Itch, you can probably guess what: a game.
Here's the deal: I am a writer. A game designer. Alright at programming but lacking experience. I am NOT an artist. That is the problem. I can't model for the life of me but I am extremely picky with no budget. And I have a concrete vision. One that is special to say the least.
Think Lethal Company + Poppy Playtime + FNAF but single player with procedural generation and in-depth monsters that aren't just maskots. I am aiming for a low-poly esthetic and am curriently developing in Godot. Wrote almost excessively detailed movement and lamps but to continue I need something to prove I can do this. Something I can continue with. I don't want to waste time on something I don't finish so I need collaborators... mainly 3d artist and perhaps a programmer? I don't mind newcomers, I am technically one myself. And it might even be for the best if you are a newcomer :P
I won't detail the whole game and lore here because that might take hours to write and that wouldn't even be half of it. I'll fill you in once you're interested and save you and me both some time.
And just to clarify: I cannot offer compensation. Though if this'll be monetized, I am more than willing to split the money made fairly :3
I am doing this for fun, as a passion project, and for portfolio. And experience of course!

I'd be working for free so there is nothing to lose and I really want to find out more about the game. I've got millions of ideas but not enough talent or time to fulfill my visions myself so I hope I can help fulfill yours.
