I'll probably update this exactly once after the jam ends to fix a couple issues mentioned below, but that'll be it. It was really just made for this one game jam, just for learning's sake. But I'm happy a lot of people enjoyed it.

The visual are crisp as hell, gorgeous. Prettiest stuff on the jam. Only thing I can find to complain about is the mix of pixel art and high res assets.

Rock solid! Definitely the most unique take on "underwater" in the jam.

As a suggestion though, I don't see anything in the game that would prevent this from being playable in the browser. You get more players when your game doesn't require a download, if that's something you care about.

Thank you! Unusually, the mermaid kind of came out fully formed. I just sort of sketched her really fast and, aside from some color correction on her hair, that basically became her final sprite. As for the singing indicator, yeah, I noticed that too but didn't have time to change it.
