As an idea; 

1 - I am in favor of incorporating high heels into the game, we should have difficulty wearing  them and there should be an adjustment period.

2 -  Additionally, skirts could be introduced and worn during sex

3 - A female character can be our mistress and perform anal pegging. We can select option from the gender selection in the app on the phone.

It's a bit disappointing that the positions available in master mode are not available in sissy mode. I was expecting clothing options to be added (skirt, heels, etc.)
