I really like the fullspeed type track! One suggestion is making the green things cactuses. Overall great design though :)

Or you could hit the track corners In a way so that you are launched upwards and somehow land on the border or finish line.
I'm trying to find a cut too... I think it might be possible to ride the side of the block you originally bounce on and drive sideways on the border to the finish. It would be really hard to time but it might be possible.
