This looks amazing...will be making the purchase!  Dumb question, but I see Kal up on Lulu.  Was considering gifting this to a friend.  Looks to be the first 3 books in one soft cover.  Is this 'exactly' the same material as the first 3 books or is there extra stuff (like tables/monsters etc.)?  Thanks a million
