It's alright, I'm a game developer too.
But now I really just focused on other stuff like producing music plans, drawing, writing novels, blah blah. Many more.
Thought I have no records of making any game or publishing any of it. I ususally just experiment stuff, doing math calculation, breaking unity engine to its limit, etc.
I do have multiple games idea, but these project are way too grand for 3 person to finish even when both me and another guy are pro at scripting. 馃槄
So I understand when it comes to solo game deving. Take your time. :)
1. Since there is already a relationship system, I don't see why not adding more interaction and unique scene instead of just... "Support" and "Give Gift" only.
2. During the playthrough, there are a few things that can be interact. Since the story is related to something eldritch base on everyone's dream and the ending. You should make opportunity of adding more stuff that is interatable to delay the inevitable ending.
- Password door
- Puzzles
- Hidden door (Like the one in Courtyard)
- Make morse code actually visible or maybe readable in dialogue, like when I found the light flickering in the dorm hallway. I was speechless with the character just say "I can't read morse code". Like come on man, I'm more interested what the light is trying to hint us.
3. Making relationship and sanity actually functionable
- Like the "Morse code", was dissapointed that Relationship and Sanity is just for show.
- Playing through the game, it seems like that Relationship and Sanity could go below the negative, what I suggest here is that making more sprite for Sanity. After checking out every TF, there are already a few character already look "insane" or is "panicking". Moreover, there is no reason for them to make such expression when they have positive sanity.
- Opportunity of using sanity as RNG Coinflip. If you ever heard of Limbus Company, the game had their own Sanity System. 0 for 50/50, 5% for head coinflip when sanity is at -45 and 95% for head coinflip when sanity is at 45. I would recommend making similar system, it is simple math. (X value [Character Sanity's] 梅 Character's Sanity Capcity 脳 95 [Percentage]).
4. Story improvement
- All character should interact more often in the main story line. Like seriously, I feel bad for the characters that get silenced. Looking at their personality, most of them seems like a bright and active person on day 1. Unless the character is a extreme quiet type, I can understand if he just being silenced. But for the rest, it doesn't really make senses.
- Conflict and Drama. People tend to fight over small things, it would be nice seeing some realistic interation even thought this is just a fictional story.
- Character's IQ, like damn. The captain seems like a great leader, wanting to find the sources of the "Transformation" and keeping everyone's morale in check. But why didn't they think of the drinks, it's like the biggest clue in the whole story and they just turned a blind eye on it.
- The "Mother", like I said above, after having some playthrough, it seems that Mother is a kind of eldtrich entity. You did a great job at hiding the present of it. Many horror movie can be say terrifying is mainly because of one part, and that part is we doesn't know what the hell is the "entity". I hope you can keep the aspect of this.
- Horror and Mysterious opportunity : The story seems to be very bright, but searching through all the room. There's a few weird things can be found, like the book with all of its odd page ripped out. The binder in the Annoucer Booth, those 2 random tree we can interact, and the box in the shed. It missed out a lot of opportunity to learn more about the place.

6. Player's stat felt extremely useless, beside needing to get 6 stamina to get access to the gym, there is no other uses than that. I suggest adding more interaction to get access to things or more clue.
Questions:
1. Is the owner mentioned at the beginning mentioned by the Captain the "Mother"? I always find this extremely weird, since why would the owner not making his appearance to his own place.
2. How does the character make Chemical and Energy drink, is there some kind of guidebook teaching them like the instruction on how to clean the pool? Another thing I find suspicious would be the ingredient, because what kind of sane person would use "dark water" instead of your average clear and clean water. Also, why does the pool cleaning chemical have Mushroom as ingredient? Logically speaking, if it were to be normal chemical for cleaning. Yes there is mushroom as ingredient. BUT, if you literally dip mushroom into the pool, instead of Algae, fungus is going to grow instead. 馃槄
3. What is the morse code in the dorm?
4. Is there no other third party involved in this story beside the cab driver and "Mother"?
