А для оплаты подписки Патреона есть разные сервисы, например, OplatymRU и ему подобные. Главное чтобы у тебя была возможность зайти через ВПН в страны Европы и через него оформить подписку. Ещё важно иметь ввиду, что в странах имеется VAR, который в подписку не входит, но ты его оплачиваешь. Я оплачиваю через Италию и там низкий VAR.
