Thanks for the review, I definitely agree that the jank makes it more cludgey than necessary.   The game was written in Jai, and because it was my first game more time than I'd like went into building out engine-tech (although it was great for ironing out kinks in said tech).  There's actually no compression, I think most of the exe size is a font I don't even use in the final release haha.  Anyways, thanks for playing!

Loved the art and vibe here.  I did find the gameplay a bit repetitive, but I think there's room for interesting tactics here.  Good work!

Very slick! I think how zoomed-in the game is made it a bit tricky to understand what was going on, and my best bet was to smack the cube as fast as possible and guide the enemies into it.  Very cute graphics though, and I enjoyed playing :) 

Thought this game was really cool (it was a quite similar concept to the game our team made), unfortunately on one of the levels I got stuck and couldn't figure out what to do next. Loved the visuals, and thought there were some really cool ideas in this game.  Great work!

Super fun!  Controls were a little tricky to get the hang of but once I did they were quite satisfying.  Really reminded me of playing old nitrome games on miniclip :) 

Wax on, wax off.  Visuals and music were great!  Gameplay itself felt a little repetitive, but I wanted to see all the different kinds of bad guys..  Nice work on this!

Super slick - very immediately fun game (although i have to agree with the comments about sensitivity being a little crazy).  Once I got the hang of it though it was a blast, ended up playing quite a view games.  Well done!

Awesome!  Super original idea and really ambitious for such a short time.  I think it came together pretty well.  The slink-mode controls are a bit tricky to grapple with but fun once you get the hang of them.  Nice work!

Really enjoyed the graphics and sounds. The voice acting and music especially was a very nice touch.  I think like others the biggest pain point was that it's difficult to figure out what the controls are doing particularly because I have to wait so long between deaths.  But that stuff is tough to get right in such a short time.  Awesome work!

Cool game!  I unfortunately got soft locked by the water puzzle, but I really like the mechanics and think there is a lot of room for deep and interesting puzzles.  Good work!
