I will definitely put this to use and will give credit where credit is due. Thanks for this and your other unique tools!

I'm delighted to present my surrealistic dream scenario Oneironautilus, Part I: Sky Level to Wake Up: Paradox Jam!
This was an experiment to see how far I could push the Bitsy engine to fulfill the "text-only" limitation imposed by the latest Bitsy jam. The result is a textually-rich island-hopping experience that harkens back to the sort of authors such as Lewis Carroll, Edith Nesbit, and other classic wonderlandian storytellers of old only with a modern twist! I also believe that it fits in perfectly with the spirit of this jam, dealing heavily in dreams, paradoxes, mysterious worlds and characters, etc.
If anyone decides to give the game a playthrough, I would be most appreciative. Classic text adventures in their purest form is not everybody's cup of tea, but if you enjoy getting lost in some satirical fantasy literature, then you might enjoy your stay in the world of the Oneironautilus.
Good luck everyone, and thank you to the hosts of this awesome jam!
Good luck everyone!
If you've got 30 min. - one hour to spare, it would mean the world to me if folks gave my submission "Oneironautilus, Part 1: Sky Level" a playthrough. Feedback, however harsh, would be greatly appreciated.
I aimed for surrealism in the spirit of Lewis Carroll and Edith Nesbit, only for a more modern readership. I rather like the idea of relying on one's imagination to piece together a world, as the great text adventures of yore once offered.
There will most certainly be a second part and who knows?--Pulp fiction serialization is not out of the question should the game drum up a wee bit of support.
I will, of course, return the favor. I'd love to see what everyone comes up with!
Kind regards,

Thank you for the opportunity! I had a great time dusting off an old short story and bringing it to life with PowerPoint. You've inspired me to revisit it for the purposes of enhancing with audio (e.g.: drone explosion, gulping down food, and maybe some ominous background music). It's a neat medium to work with and I hope that you will consider putting on another PowerPoint game jam down the road.
Thanks! I'm not done with your brilliantly simple engine yet! There's still more to come.
I do hope that you consider adding future components and features to it. I am inspired to develop my own engine with some elements of AGE to help guide that process.
There's something about building a tool and seeing others' work materialize through its use. I would like to build upon some of the foundations that you've expressed here.
Awesome stuff!
Hello All,
With this jam about to wrap up, I'd like to ask if anybody has good resources that describe this graphical phenomenon in greater detail? I attempted to fulfill my understanding of the concept through graphical glitches in a walking simulator, but something tells me that there's more to it than two 3D assets vying for a singular space and visual domination. Any videos or articles or even games that showcase this sort of thing?
Good luck everyone!
Completely understandable! I intended to create a lo-fi 3D walking simulator displaying the aesthetic warts and patchiness of a cheap derivative. The player's interaction with walls and objects (I think) achieves your definition of "z-fighting," but then again this is a new concept for me and I'm a bit shaky on it.
Thank you for the opportunity! I learned something new that I hope to explore further.
I present to you the sequel that nobody asked for but that we all surely deserve: Moss Eater 3D!
This was submitted for 7dfps 2025 jam.
This time around you play as the moss eater fan, revisiting his old stomping grounds. Have fun revisiting this strange little space!
