can you give me a walkthrough and where and how to get them?

I am currently on my first playthrough where i am trying to beat the game and save everyone with minimal problems, but in doing so, i am missing some interesting scenes and i don't want to replay the entire game just to view them, so i was wondering if there was a way to view all of the in game H scenes without unlocking them.

where do you get seeds from? i have the greenhouse and level 2 plant beds, but i cant find where to get seeds from
