Interesting play style. More levels could play with some more ideas. 

I couldn't either. Just a grey screen with a border on it. 

I tried to run it in my browser but sadly I could not get the game to load.

That's not cheating - that is being efficient! For 2-13, think about that sumproduct command you have access to and what it does...
