That was really beautiful, and well written! Great narrative piece. The gameplay was also really cool, I loved the footsteps and the variety of minigames. Even as the minigames bounced around a lot, it still all felt cohesive and that it was serving the narrative structure.

Nice game! The 3d models and the environment were super cute! Like others have said the UI was a little confusing at times but I imagine that was a difficult part to program and I can see the vision you had in mind. I liked collecting the flowers :)

I was just short of 19,000 for my score! I liked the theming and the creative way of beating the big boss. Would have been interesting if the enemy frequency increased as your score got higher - it felt like they got a little faster but I wasn't exactly sure. Very fun!

Managed to get all 10/10 after 3 runs but then got killed before I was able to get back - maybe because I just took the most direct line I could think of. Good jumpscares. Could be nice if there was a way to know how close you are to triggering the monster. I also just speedran collecting the bags and rustled a few leaves by accident, and the monster didn't come, whereas in my first run I only rustled one set of leaves and the monster came after just 4 bags. Maybe in the future as well you could add some interactions with the map objects! Cars/fire/cave could be cool!

My burger's been scrambled! I've got to get the buns... will be ringing in my ears for a while.

I figured out how to kill the sink monster and the blind monster, but found it difficult to actually make my burger - I kept dropping the bottom bun and I couldn't find the top bun.

Fun though and good execution on the visuals and sound design!

Thanks for the feedback! We would love for you to play the rest of the game - when you get to that point press the spacebar to open doors. We meant to include instructions in-game but ran out of time, so they only exist on the game's webpage

Very fun! It was cool playing more runs and seeing more and more chaos erupt. My longest time was just over 2 minutes until I got taken out by mosquitoes, a balloon, and a rainstorm simultaneously. The sound mixing (especially for the pesky mosquitoes) was super well done and contributed a lot to the game's atmosphere.

After a couple of runs, I managed to get to 7 cubes before the monster woke up or the alarm got me. Nice twist on the silent night theme. Would be interesting to see what other game mechanics you could introduce to reduce noise other than just standing still.

Very cute! Hand-drawn art really fit with the game's aesthetics. I got 31 stars. Also liked the layering/use of depth with the different planets. Good polish for a short jam!

I liked the atmosphere you set up with the lighting and the cracking sound effects near the water. Looped music would be nice because I died once and it didn't play again. I think skating sound effects would also add to the atmosphere nicely. Fun game!

I liked the ending! The bullet hell was also very fun. Adding just a little bit more juice with audio, screen shakes, etc. would probably up the excitement factor of the battle, but very nice work!

Hi, thanks for your awesome music! My partner and I participated in our first ever game jam and your music was super helpful for setting the tone we wanted in the game. Here's a link: https://porchswing.itch.io/georgios-reveal

3D was super impressive! Unfortunately, even when running this on my Mac with 16GB of RAM, I only got probably 5FPS or so :(

Would be interesting to see what this would be like with music or sound effects to set different tones

Really liked the atmosphere. The pacing was also nice, didn't feel like I was spending too much time wandering around. Fun story too!

This was very fun! Agree with ellraiser's comments about keyboard shortcuts allowing for players to ramp up speed once they understand the gameplay. I managed to get 9 orders in. I can see this as a cool storytelling medium like Papers Please.
