How did you find him?   I've beaten over six gang members.  The journal says to talk to the detective, but he's not at the light and I can't click on the police station so he seems to be a no go.  I've tried hanging out at the bar again, but nothing.

After poking around, I think it's glitched and just broken.   The TV says I already beat the boss.  I never talked to the chief after beatin the six gangs and I never beat the boss.   I'm also not replaying everything.  If this actually releases on steam (it's been "almost ready for release for like 3 years now", I hope it is significantly less buggy.

Has it moved from previous versions?  Because if not, it's flat out missing.

In other words, it's not playable.  Any reason you're not addressing/responding to this?

My linux version didn't even have the executable file.   Not sure what's up, but I was hoping to see something.

I downloaded the PC version on google.   It's labeled linux.   It also is missing the "school" executable.

The update is towards the beginning of the game?  I didn't realize that.  That's good to know.  Guess I'll check back in, in a year or two.

In answer to my question about inviting people to the occult, you need to visit the student body girl and progress there before the occult club can advance.

In answer to my question about reducing fear when you've taken fear so far that every interaction grows it, phone calls seem to slowly reduce fear at about 2 points per call.    Dating did not seem to reduce fear, but did grow the relationship (most interaction where fear is taken that far actually reduces the relationship/love values).

Also, the person that fear impacted showed up wanting a kiss, and if you attempt to kiss her, an exception occurs, so the only solution to move on is to not kiss her.   I assume the variables are "abnormal", hence the exception crash.

The occult club leader is at 95% for blowjob and I believe she says to meet her in the backroom or pantry when she accepts, but I am unable to ever locate her.   At 95% it seems unlikely that I'm failing multiple times and that this is some sort of success, but I have been unable to locate her.  Please advise.

Once the fear is high and interactions of affection only give fear, can you undo this via gifts, dating, time, or some other means?

Also, the pronouns in the game (he or she) are almost all backwards.   Women are referred to as "he" and men are referred to as "She".    The correct pronouns are: Women or females should be referred to as "she" and Men or Males are "he".

Playing cards on the PC leads to a grey screen exception dialogue and I have to rollback.   

Lots of instances where menus/names are showing up in what I believe is russian instead of english despite being on the english setting.

My games that have been running for a while really start to lag when loading a save.   Restarting the entire game fixes this.

Overall though, this is a really cool concept! 

Winning fights raises it as does being a bully.   I did get scolded by the occult club girl for fighting too much, so apparently there's an impact to your character for doing so and it's being tracked by the game.  Never mind they were all self defense.  (I think, the English translation is absolutely horrible)

I really appreciate creatives.  I also HATE how low the mental resiliency is of many of the good ones.  I'm not just talking about AVN's.  I've worked with a lot of creatives and many of them felt like working with delicate snowflakes.   For whatever reason that seems to be a too common personality trait.  I much preferred managing ego over fragility (really good creatives could also have HUGE egos... looking at you DPC in the AVN world as the perfect example).  But Give me a Don Draper (or DPC) any day over the fragile ones.  At least with them you could have honest conversations without tip toeing around things.  I mean, you still have to massage the ego/feelings, but it's soooo much easier.

Side note, Mad men was a fantastic show that really showcased the transitions that took place in the marketing world.   My world is adjacent to it, and i have to be honest I miss some of how it used to be.   Major firms suck the souls from people.  They can't help it because, to survive and do well, they have to become machines and inhuman.

#1:  WOOT!!!   Not fully my flavor, but I love your writing and humor so I'm along for the ride.  Glad for the update!  I'm enjoying it so far.

#2:  I forgot or maybe didn't know.   What is the whole good/evil about.  Can you give a hint of how you'll use it?   Will it flavor fun?  Impact a players naivety if unballanced?  Impact automatic choices?   I just want a basic understanding of what I'll be influencing.   Flavor choices then I go more evil.   Life stuff/decisions (makes sense with a memory loss and figuring out who the MC is) then I probably lean more good.   Effectiveness about decisions instead of "I can't because you should never kill and I'm going to hesitate and cry about it" then I get some evil in the mix because I'm more like Andor/Solo about that stuff.   Does it determine if I have any sort of morality?  I definitely go good on my first run.  Sometimes I like to poke the red button, but if there are consequences i miiiiiiiight think about it before I poke it.

Pregnancy flavor option:   I hope we get to chose in the future?  I passed on my canon run, but I'm not opposed.  If it locks me out I'd totally go back and redo it.  It was more of a "naw, not today" thing.

Oh yeah, I'd second the photo clicking feature.  I was disappointed I couldn't blow the image up.   sexting isn't my flavor, but I did want to see a larger image of the drawing and was sad I couldn't.

First:   I really like the potential!!!  Okay, now on to my thoughts with one major beef and the rest being a "it would be really nice if!"

The game pauses way too much.   Need to tighten that up or just don't do animations and allow frame clicks.   I constantly was unsure if I could progress or not and I HATE pauses like this.   Responsiveness is good and I did not feel like the game was responsive.  I "ctrl'd" through a lot of text because of the pausing. 

The game needs a guide/quest system.   I found myself wondering where to go.  I'm sure it's coming, but definitely a need as it gets more complex.

I liked the "fun" scenes.   The only comment here is that the verbal intensity should match the action intensity (didn't seem to change on some, text variation and flavor variation is important for repeat scenes) and it would be nice if repeated actions resulted in "happiness" for the npc.  I feel like a lot of games miss on this.  In real life I like giving a few before getting my one.  Overall though, I liked the direction.   It reminds me of paradise lust which is one of my favorites for this style.

Oh, also on the "fun" note.  I really appreciated the variations with some positions that I don't normally see for the female.

I appreciate diversity.   Looks like you're trying to tap into some of that and it's appreciated.  I hate games that are all blonde all the time... but... where's the cute natural red head? (as technically I guess there is a red head but clearly she's dyed)

I have concerns about the ambition as two MC's with two branching storylines might be problematic unless it was like sex and second base where it doesn't so much branch but is more "do or do not".   Even so, two MC's is a lot to swallow if you're doing both at the same time.   Sex and Second eventually decided to focus hard on one to 95% content completion (or about) and then switched to the other.  They're still fluffing up the male story but now primarily focused on the Bree path.

This is still too early for me, but I love the potential of where it's going.   I'm hoping for a sex and second base/paradise lust mixture of game.  Just... please get rid of all the pausing.  Please.  All the other things would be cool, but I could probably live with the game as is if the pausing was fixed (and obviously with more content).

I defnitely can't answer but the female modeling is from a game called "honeyselect" or "honeyselect 2" (libido DX on steam).    The company that made it went out of business but steam has it for sale.   After you spend the $70 you would then need to get a ton of mods that are about 200 gigs or so of data in total.   I would imagine that the buildings would be part of some mod package for the studio where you can build the scenes and move the female models.   I played with it and I thought everything was very clunky, but others thought it was intuitive.    DAZ I believe is another modeling solution and has a market place.   Again, this isn't what I do, but maybe some of that information helps?

I don't remember, but I believe you could find one clue in a garbage can and there may have been a photo in a filing cabinet that you could get information from.   I believe the answers were in the room.  Failing that and the lack of feedback, I'd try searching the internets.

Holy crud, yeah it is.  Dr. Pinkcake puts out HUGE episodes in that time period (okay, it's pushing on a little over a year now)  This game doesn't have much content for that kind of time span.

I think people like leveling, like feeling they have some control, appreciate the ability to repeat fun scenes in game.  That's my thought anyway.   I see love and second base as the best in this genre.   Anyway, I just swung by here looking for information on when this is hitting steam and I thought I'd leave my two cent.

real world thought: complete evacuations would be tough and money is always a thing in a capitalist world.  The time and resources to move a metric crap ton of people (npcs) is not small.   We seem to be weaving in and out of it being a computer world to infect an alternate reality, but it appears there’s no way for a programmer to make npcs be gone. I would assume npcs would be left behind (money?  They’re also npcs so why would they deviate?) AND the d assume that other alien killers would go to where the most aliens are (less problems as we know players don’t suffer harm).  Without some sort of verification… that’s serious villain behavior from an alternate perspective.   The lack of empathy or thought for others is concerning to me coupled with this rash of cold blooded killings (or missed love points so kill I must).   Sure it’s a game, but it’s also a super realistic VR meaning it wouldn’t feel different than doing said actions in the real world.   Except it’s also not a game, as we have been toldand if I were in that situation I’d be pausing to ponder the moral implications of the alternate reality/dimension and the life it contains and the death I caused  

I know I think too much on things, but there’s some serious villain stuff going on if the MC were instead an adversary.   lots of power, doesn’t care who dies to achieve goals

Gun being bound same as gems.  Cool, I didn’t remember that, but that makes sense.   So, if things are other realities and dimensions, that means the Mc is carrying in the real world as is nova.  I expect we will see that at some point when the Mc figures that crap out and also pulls on their powers.  Could be a while as the mc seems really slow in the cognitive realm. 

I might have fun writing an essay about how the mc is delusional.   If the story is from his point of view and his view is flawed… he could be thinking his ten minutes of happy time with the girls is amazing and they’re all, in reality, going “that’s it?”   That could be a fun thought experiment.

I agree on the casual violence.  When the “nuke” went off I actually saw her as a villain because she destroyed an entire world (also fitting to have a villain speech). How is that better than aliens???  Particularly if you know npcs are people!  The casual violence has me wondering if the mc is a villain .

The other weird is why the mc is world hopping as it seems likely to accrue more risk of actual death and no inventory access (and then how did nova have access to her gun?, was it like the gems? Can she then conjure in “real dimension “?) cool to have but it seems really weird.   I was surprised nova and mc didn’t go back before starting the pirate adventure.  I kinda feel like the mc has some brain damage or something to not care about that risk to him and people he theoretically cares about.   There was mention of potential tracking, but my impression is that it’s still a game (so far) and why would you put your life on the line?

Sure!  Probably not all of them would be for you as everyone likes something different, but I thought I’d share a range that I consider in the A-S tier.  Sooo many bad ones exist and/or poor English translations where the writers didn’t care to get it right.  You also may like “my lover is my bully”.

Depends on what you like, as flavors matter a lot.

Being a DIK is probably one of the best out there.   It's been around for a while so book one (CH's 1-4) is a bit dated, but it gets better.  Theyr'e on patreon wrapping up chapter eleven, and they release books every four chapters on steam, gog, and maybe itch?  Not harem, VERY replayable for different paths of love interests AND different paths of personality.   There are mini-games which you can turn off (I prefer them off, but I have one play through that I have them on for).

A lot of people love leap of faith (warning topics of suicide).  It's not harem based and some of the love interests really require a guide to achieve.  A lot like the Cece path, and I think that's doable without a guide.   I did a lesbian threesome path and I hated it and that colored my impression of the entire game.  Completed story.

Chasing Sunsets - Not harem but instead two love interests and the ability to F around with others.   A threesome path is possible but the criteria requires more than casual play and probably a guide?  I had to look up what I needed to do to achieve it.   I'd say that you just want to make save and max points, but maybe do that on a follow up play through because a game should be fun.  Completed except for CH10, a prologue.  Will be completed in 2025 and pretty good.

Love and Second Base is a HUGE dating simulator with a lot of grind, but also story and the amount of game/content you get WAY exceeds the cost as long as some grind for money/other things is okay with you.  It can be harem but with boobie traps everywhere if you don't know the game or use a guide, but a first playthrough should be done for fun and then a second to get more stuff ( you carry over stats so it gets a bit easier too).

Ripples is awesome.

Become a Rockstar is fun.

Come Home has a lot of diversity (and maybe not the best looking models), but more realistic women personality as it's written by a woman and it shows as opposed to be a virgin's lust fantasy which a lot of the AVN's come across to me.   

The deluca Family is a mobster based good time.  Book one is complete but the story is ongoing.  I was caught off guard by how much I liked this one.

Good girl gone bad is a great corruption game (female MC that gets corrupted based on choices the player makes).

Sisterly lust had great writing, but is a family game.  I'm not a fan but it's frustratingly hard to avoid with adult novels.  I thought it was good and would recommend if family love isn't an issue.  I believe it can be harem or single.   Different paths and choices matter.  

If you like dark games/tentacles/monsters/demons/goblins/whatever, I'd recommend ravager (2025 completion), parasite black (who knows when complete), and seeds of chaos (who knows when complete and I think patreon was messing with them about content).

Desert Stalker is one of my favorites.  Not complete but a lot of content.  Think madmax and know that you can slit a throat and face bang a female you defeat in the first five minutes.  The tone doesn't have to be THAT bad based on choices you make, but it IS a dark world and those five minutes certainly set a tone and expectations.  Note that the darkness I mentioned is the PLAYERS choice.   For the most part I thought the game did a great job on giving the player autonomy about the flavors they wanted.  Also, one of the best wifes I've ever run across as they remind me of mine and reflect a healthy relationship that is fundamental to real life harem/multiple other parties in a relationship.  So best wife/harem #1 in all VN's I've read.

Actual Roommate is a great lesbian game with a VERY cute MC.  I loved the writing and humor but humor is subjective.  Also, some people may not like lesbian games.

I could name more, but that's a lot.

Interesting game.   Annie:  "I'm not ready yet for sex, just a finger."  MC:  Don't worry, we can do it when you're ready.   MC:  "I'll surprise with oral"  Annie "NO!  I'm not ready for that either, just a finger!"  MC:  "Trust me, it'll feel good!" Holds her down  "NOM NOM NOM"   Interesting scene without player consent for a game that punishes almost any boundary testing when the player choses.  The concerning part is that I wonder whether the writers recognize the rape or the hypocrisy.  

This was right after the murder mansion sequence where Annie grabs the oreos, or probably in the gallery.

Yeah, I appreciated those quality of life features!  Definitely looks to be an S-tier game in my books due to writing and while feet and chicks with D aren't my flavor, the dominate path was fun and tickled a flavor spot for me.  I'm also glad I could avoid the foot stuff.  Consent on flavors is always awesome.

Because people need money and donations are nice as people who create these are generally working for less than minimum wage unless things take off and they get lucky.

That's probably why $3 is optional (or pounds or euros or whatever currency you're seeing).

Right as I completed all other quests, a note showed up that said the Crystal Dhena quest had yet to be implemented.   Prior to that it looked like I'd be able to complete it.   So, that's probably what's going on.

I would second this.  I just discoverd the game and the counting of time makes the game feel MUCH grindier and tiring.   I think it would be a huge quality of life upgrade if time passed without the clock counting. (or have it be lightning quick so I'm not sitting there and closing my eyes until the dark screen on my laptop lights up again).    I appreciate more than four time periods, based on activities.  It's just the watching time pass.  It's kinda like choosing to have the game run on a dial up modem and waiting for webpages to load again.
