The way you use microtonality, dissonance, and the time signature to support the narrative is super creative, in addition to sounding cool! I also like how each track has it's own stages and progression on top of the overall ost progression. I think Apotheosis is my favorite.

side note- on the youtube playlist the tracks are in the opposite order than you listed here, not sure if that's intentional but I listened half way through the wrong way before realizing

Love the rhythms in this track, and the mix is really well tuned! I'm not a fan of most metal but when it's made well I can't help but head bang a little :p Makes me wanna play Doom again.

Listening to the first track and reading the description reminded me of Edith Finch, so it was really cool to read that it was actually a source of inspiration! I love the melodies of your pieces, and you have a really interesting take on the theme!

Nice production! I can definitely hear the Nine Sols inspiration + I'm a Ryuichi Sakamoto fan so I'll have to check that collab out. Overall I really like the atmosphere of your tracks and the piano playing is quite nice.

Wow, this is good! Your vision for the game is super well translated into the music and it all has a really immersive atmosphere. The overall soundtrack has a cool progression to it that I feel would fit an actual exploration game quite well. I also really appreciate that you kept each track simple enough to let its strengths shine and build a unique feel! My favorite part was the return to the title theme in Dawn Chorus.

Also thanks for linking the sample website :)

I'm impressed by how 'complete' this whole submission feels. It works great as a full soundtrack and the composition is really good!

The sound design on this is so cool! I like how each track sounds pretty unique, while still evoking similar emotions and being a cohesive work.

This is so good! I always get excited seeing vocal songs in these competitions since they're uncommon and this definitely delivered. Couldn't help but stop and listen through a few times.

To me the highlights were the singing, lyrics, and game concept. It was hard to pick a favorite but I think I like the first track the most; something about the way the singing and composition work together just really works.

I'm glad you liked  it! The drums on that track are a stock ableton device called yakiman kit.

I really like the style of these tracks and how cohesive they feel! I think if they were added into a game it would really work as a soundtrack and help define the character of the game. I particularly like the mix on Against All Odds and the melodies in New Adventure.

Good job!

I love the textures of all the synths together! Genuinely like listening to this a lot.

Thats really impressive you were able to make it sound so good both ways! Both sound like they could be their own song.

I love the vibe of this! You did a great job translating you story idea into a piece.

This is really good! The combination of genres works great together and makes it all super cohesive yet diverse.
