Just letting you know the fixed version is up now!

Just letting you know the fixed version is up now!

Now fixed! The second half is now playable and I hope you enjoy it! I'm afraid it does just end after the second song still, but if people really wanted a polished version or more songs/difficulties added then I'd be happy to spend a bit more time on it!

Thank you! I'm glad I got the feel I was going for across :) I'll be uploading a fixed version when the voting is over!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad people want to come back and play!

Awesome, really cool game! I love the art style, the beats, the gameplay, it's all great!

Really great! When I worked out the switching cassette mechanic this game felt super smooth!

Very very nice looping mechanic! I really liked the vibes for this one

Nice to see another rhythm game! Loved the concept of hitting timing on the spinning disks, although sometimes they would disappear and I would get several "misses" while nothing was on screen. Overall great concept!

This was a really cool idea and I liked the gameplay! It would be nice to have a discard and redraw function as sometimes you get stuck with a very difficult hand, but otherwise loved it!

This was actually a lot of fun but definitely needed more in terms of gameplay. I actually got to a point where even when I hit objects I didn't die and I could just send them flying, which was fun but clearly not what was intended. Great concept though!

Really fun and unique idea! It's a shame about level 2 but I can definitely see where you were heading with it!

You can, friend! My game was inspired by how I use making my own music and video games to escape from the nasty stuff that's out there in the world :) You can find something too, like how you made this game!

Absolutely phenomenal game! Please release this on steam with a handful of other maps or something! It's just so addictive!

Beautiful artwork! Also the game was so fun to play and it was great trying to work out how to get to some of the less obvious routes!

Honestly so fun! The voice acting was top notch and I really loved playing this!

This is my favourite so far! The vibes are immaculate!

That little spike on the platform got me so many times ;-; The game is otherwise very nice, although the music stacking every time I died (a lot) did get a bit much

Neat little game! Collecting all the dots is VERY hard, but it's good to have some real challenges in the Jam!

This idea is really cool! Unfortunately after I died and pressed restart I got stuck in the first room as the door was shut but I still had fun!

Nice! I did get stuck on the morse code lol, but otherwise a neat game!

Nice! I did get stuck on the morse code lol, but otherwise a neat game!

Really great! The one with the two downwards canons and the one after were diabolical ;-; great job!

Thank you so much, I'm so happy to hear people say they want to come back and play it! I found the problem that broke the second half and fixed it so as soon as the voting closes I will be uploading the repaired version!

(1 edit)

Thank you so much, I'm honoured that mine is your favourite! I've never published any of my music before so it means a lot that you like it, and I'm glad the bad news was funny LMAO (also there's a 1/100 chance that one of the pop ups feature a picture of my puppy)! I found the problem that broke the second half and fixed it so as soon as the voting closes I will be uploading the repaired version, then you can get a real high score!

Thank you so much, I'm glad the controls felt good to use (I was worried I was the only one who would like them lol)! I found the problem that broke the second half and fixed it so as soon as the voting closes I will be uploading the repaired version!

Thank you so much! I found the problem (I accidentally had 2 of the object that allows you to swap instruments present at the same time, so it swapped and swapped back in the same frame) so when the voting is over I'll be uploading the repaired version!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the bit that worked :)

Unfortunately there's a bug in ONE LINE of the code that makes the second half unplayable ;-; I was working on it all the way up to the last second and didn't get to test it first :( when the game jam is over I will correct that one line
