Very polished! I loved the punchy sounds. The balance could be improved; at some point, there are too many enemies who are too fast and can just kamikaze into you, so it becomes a bit mindless.

Nice art style, the palette is very eye-pleasing. Intrigued by the premise, hope you can spend more time on the game in the future.

Congrats on your submission! Presentation and theme are very unique, and the animations are also impressive.

Impressive visuals and a great sound choice! The game doesn’t feel fair sometimes; it’s not clear whether it’s proximity-based or enemies have vision cones, and what the range is.

Cleaning is super satisfying! Also liked the controls; very responsive.

A lot to love about this game. Very impressive amount of systems and content! The graphics have a cohesive look, and I liked the spooky, supernatural elements; they contribute a lot to the atmosphere, along with the unnerving music at night. It took me a very long time to find a message in a bottle, and after I used it, there was no note in my inventory. I would make the island smaller and increase the drop rate for critical items; otherwise, it gets repetitive quickly, and you don’t feel like you’re making progress. Also, the text could be bigger.

Very polished and well-optimized! Liked the environmental message too. After the second conveyor belt, the game almost starts playing itself, and I would make the last goal smaller to make that stretch a bit less tedious. Oh, and I did not understand the purpose of the yellow bin. I tried putting items there, and nothing seemed to happen. Overall, it’s a fun loop with very satisfying rewards!

A very original and atmospheric entry!

Liked the strong aesthetic! The tutorial has a lot of information, but it also doesn’t explain how to actually build things (where to press and what to do next). I feel like I didn’t experience the whole game because I was dying before any of the builds were ready.

Love the aesthetics! It took me a while to figure out how to upgrade; it would help to highlight the junk yard once you have enough gears. And I didn’t get the point of the clothes upgrade, since the health value stays the same and there are no health pickups (or maybe I missed them). Overall, a lot of fun and a solid submission!

Loved the atmosphere and the unique way you interpreted the theme. It has great potential! In this version, the absence of 2 things makes it slightly too punishing: a checkpoint after the queue and an indicator when a box becomes available for interaction. When a threat level rises, I start panicking and spamming E, instantly failing the QTE.

Thank you for playing! Happy to hear that players want to spend more time with the game. I have some ideas!

Thanks!

Great point about the colors! Indeed, a higher contrast or an optional dark mode would be great for accessibility. Thank you for playing!

This is the best feedback I could get! I have some ideas about evolving it into a roguelike (maybe with deckbuilding elements), but for my first jam (and first finished game, frankly), I kept the scope ridiculously small on purpose. Thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing!

I had a lot of fun playing it! Loved the style and the music. A cooldown indicator for dash would be a great improvement.
