Thanks for your thoughtful review! You are correct: the Trader is saying how much money you have before he takes your item. Ironically, he has the only two known coding errors left in the game. I'll be sure to let my musician know you liked his music!
THAT WAS FANTASTIC! I'm really impressed by the art, the gameplay, and the completeness of this game! After the first half dozen deaths, I was able to pick up on the jumping and attacking mechanics. It was really rewarding to finally take out those monsters. Props to the both of you for your excellent work!
