Yeah. So... this is permanent punishment? Even unable to heal wounds to alleviate pain？

How do I fix it when there is yellow blood in the bottom of my head?I cant find any message about it, it's just not saying OK. I've tried all medicine I have and sleep with pills several times, and used healing machine in a locked room still can't fix it. Neverending painfulness cause my character keep suiciding.
