i have to say I just started the game it so far I am enjoying it for teh most BUT the noise for the talking gets grating quickly. I have tried turning it off but apparently you can't?

I went back to sofia place when the option was available and did her request but I can not leave her place wth??

I know I own it and have played it. I have done like every option and only get teh oral scenes 

are there more scenes then just teh oral ones? just curious i have enjoyed it so far.
