I finally got around to playing the first game after I got it a year ago in a bundle.

I very much enjoyed the story and came to try the second one.

Sadly, as soon as I got to 1.2 of this second one, all the images don't load.

I'm unsure if it matters, but I'm playing on Linux.

It's got the first bad-end in it.

Look above  in the post where it says "How does it work ?"
Tells you directly how to make it happen.

But since there's no gallery view to go see it and there's no scenes or artwork added with the bad ends anyway, I consider them a waste of time.

That was another nice scene. :-)

I want to see more main story progress too!

Not surprising...
It's a hunt and peck 'minigame'.

You have to goto each area and click on stuff which doesn't show up highlighted or at all obvious. :-(

Once you have gotten as many as you think are there, you try to solve for who the culprit is, by selecting  evidence on the final screen of it that has a list of all clues you found.

Do NOT select all of them.

This is the only thing I disliked from the last release!

There's a patreon post saying they were targetting December... but well that's gone by.

So who knows for sure....

loading just before it went bad, which is when Falazio is asking if I wish I'd see a chick fight with clothes ripped off, etc.

Fast forwarding a couple choices and teh save works right.

next day at school when asked boobs or butt, it's still saving correctly.

Not sure if this matters, but I've been saving on save screen one, slot 2 for all these tests.

Saving in the very last slot after the current game progress also keeps the save picture in tact.

I wonder if it has to do with duration of play session?

I went through the entire thing in one night.

Also possible it's just a random one off; I see that sometimes when bug testing games.

Ah yeah.

I found it strange too... I've never seen this bug in any of the many VN's that I am playing!

I tried exiting and reloading the game after a few save screens too, however this did not correct it.

That would seem to indicate you are correct about it's source.

download the file for your os

delete old folder to avoid clutter

unzip new folder.

find either the exe for windows, the .sh for linux 

run it

you'll have a load game option in-game and that'll show your save files, which are stored seperate from the game files.

I notice you replied to someone blow that the game is being redone at the moment; that answered my question, too.

Edit: I almost forgot....

For some reason the saves stopped having picture previews halfway through page 20. :-(

They are all just the same picture as when there's no save there; it is quite confusing.

Dunno if it helps, but I'm playing on LInux and never name save files!

I just tried this game for the first time and it is pretty good! :-)

I like the characters, the story, the models, the sex scenes, the magic system, etc

Only a few things I find wrong or bad:

1) MC is too anti killing, to the point of being stupid about it!

ya know the trope in d&d where a character is evil-stupid?

Well the mc you guys have is pascifist-stupid.....

When the chancelor ignores the judges order and tries to have you all murdered while prisoners, that's a valid moral and legal reason to kill his ass!

When he tries to kill you with a dragon, again, that's a good reason to kill him!

When he sends soldier after you, with orders to kill, that's another valid reason to kill!

Have you not heard the quote about if you want peace prepare for war?

Or how about I paraphrase Jack in VtM: Bloodlines 1:
Never kill an innocent.

But if someone levels a shotgun at you, drain em, skin em and hang their skin on the wall as a decoration!

2) I read below a response you did to another persons complaint about the key puzzle and quicktime events....

I agree with them that the quicktime events are annoying!

However you have mitigated it somewhat by allowing the player to rewind and try again without hastle.

I read you will make these skippable in the future and I'm very glad that's the case.

The key puzzle on the other hand is INFURATING!

I spent a long time looks through that screen... probably about an hour!

I ONLY found the 3'rd key by using an maginfier program to go over the screen !

This almost caused me to quit the game! :-O

I suggest adding green highlight to the keys too, when the player has the walkthrough turned on!

I see nothing wrong with sprites for anything not an important action scene, like sex or combat.

I was rivited to see where the story went! :-)

Now I really want to see what happens next!

This is probably the only game I know of which uses full on eastern style combat effects.  It certainly leaves an impression! :-D

I know the bad route for your foster mother can have her being an escort, but that's NTS, not NTR.

What happened at the beginning which you are saying was threatened ntr?

I got this on the Summer Sale and finally got around to reading it.

When I got to the end of the first chapter, I was relaly happy to see the second was already out.

Then I got to the end of thisone and I'm sad I'll have to wait again for more. lol

Oh btw.  it would make it VASTLY easier to tell when a realease is out if you JUST use the .2, then .3 number system instead of having .2 version 7, .2 version 9, etc.
