I skipped to chapter 3's prelude because that's where I was before I lost my data, but I can't get the murky water I need for one of the potions. What do I need to do in order to trigger one of the events so I can meet the character responsible for the ingredient?

Fixed it, I had to reinstall Visual C++'s 2010 version

Hey, for some reason the MSVCR100.dll is missing and I can't play it. I tried reinstalling C++, nothing. I'm on Windows 11 if that makes a difference?
