How does your game fit the theme?
The game evolves around the daily routine of an old man. It is the same each day and thus loops!

Beautiful
Thank you!
Yo dude the depression you get from this one is fire!
Or maybe it's opposite to depression, depends on which part of game and from which angle you looking.
Great game
Haha, thank you for the Feedback!
Very cool game, the art and music work so well together and give the game a great vibe. The gameplay is enjoyable because each scene is so pretty to look at, good submission!
Thank you for the feedback :D
A fantastic looking game and very moody.
I think it could have used some more interaction hints, outlines, noises or something like that as it was very hard to work out what to do.
Nice work
Thx for the feedback and playing!
More hints and a longer tutorial is smth we didn't had time for while the game jam.
A lovely game. I knew it would make me feel emotional, but I played anyhow. Great art and style. Appropriate music. Thank you for making this.
Thank you very much for the feedback!
Very sweet game, although with a very bleak ending x)
Definitely could use some tuning regarding the timings, I don't think I managed to do scissors + watering can even once because it's so hard to find and place in time, on the other hand I would finish all the items in a minute and then just sit around while Phillip slowly did his routine.
The art was really great, and the music felt fitting. I can absolutely imagine that this is what it is like to care for someone with dementia. Very good submission!
Thank you for the feedback.
I am currently working on a patch to fix many of the issues and bugs in the jam version. I will release it after the jam for those who find the game somehow afterwards. 😅
Very sweet and touching. By day 3, I did get the rhythm and felt a bit like I was waiting for Phillip to... well... kick the bucket 😅 Thanks for sharing on stream!
Thank you for playing and yes 3 days will fit better
The art and initial narrator is incredible! Unfortunately, it was a bit frustrating since while I knew that I needed to place things in the right spot for him, it just didn't feel like it worked.
Hi, thx for the feedback.
The control's is smth we must work on and improve a lot. If we continue with the game this is maybe the first thing we will rebuild.
Loved the visuals! All around it was a really cool game
Thank you very much for the feedback
The topic is extremely touching. Took me a while to figure things out. I did in the end. Man the art is good and the idea behind it awesome!
Thank you for the feedback.
The control's and the tutorial is smth we want improve but don't have enough time for it.
I'm a big fan of creating games that brings us more than just fun and that actually make us reflect in serious topics of life in a more sensitive way, this was a great example and I hope to make some similar intention games one day! In the gameplay aspect, I did feel a bit lost at the beggining, maybe having some feedback on which items are "grabbable" and which are not, or a click here then there kind of tutorial would go a long way in getting a new player on the right track. Once you figured that out, it is great!
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to implement more than the first screen of the tutorial.
A very touching and bittersweet game, more poetry at heart really. I really thoughtful way of exploring topics surrounding dementia. Very well done!
Thank you for the nice feedback. We are really happy that many ppl saw the intention, eventhough it was not mentioned directly.
Beautiful game. If I could give 6 stars to the narrative I would. Incredible job!
Thank you for playing and your feedback!
Great theme, great music, and great artwork! Gameplay could use a little polish though. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the game! I'm a little bit worried and sad about Phillip, but I guess that's the whole point of the game 😅
Thank you for the feedback <3
And yes its the point of the game to think a little bit about topics like dementia and old ppl
I like the theme of it. It's rare to see games engage with topics like death, old age, or dementia in this way. The art is very impressive too. Gameplay-wise I think maybe 3 days would've been enough
Thanks for the feedback!
Yes, these topics are less common in games, but we both think that they fit perfectly with the "Loop" theme.
Made in Turbowarp?
Nope its made with Unity 6
Really cut but also sad game, i like the general gameplay loop but there were moments where either i missed something or the game bugged because i saw certain items disappear into thin air. Overall really enjoyed it though (Spacebar from heaven was great)
Thank you for the feedback!
I write a explanation about the issues with the items in a comment here https://itch.io/post/13589574.
TLDR: Place items at the spots shown in Mary’s notes before Grandpa arrives. If he gets there without the correct item, the puzzle fails and the associated items are removed.

Gameplay explanation
A lot of you mentioned issues with items. Mary’s notes indicate the location where an item should be placed before Grandpa reaches it. If the correct item is already there, you don’t need to move it.
The core gameplay is about finding items quickly and placing them at the locations marked in Mary’s notes.
If Grandpa arrives at a location without the required item, the puzzle fails and can no longer be completed. At that point, the items will also despawn.
We didn’t have enough time to implement more hints and error messages when clicking or using items.
Bugs
The artwork, story, and sound is all very good here. I haven't played many click and point games, but this one looks as professional as I could imagine! I did have some trouble with the gameplay: Despite the Mary's various notes, it was hard to tell what I should be doing most of the time. I was also having an issue where clicking and dragging wasn't working for me most of the time, so that could also be it. Overall a very good and interesting project!
Thank you, the artwork took the most of the time of the game jam :D

"If I hit the spacebar" from heaven is my favorite moment in the game. I think I ran into an item bug with some not respawning. He's the fastest old man in gaming lmao, kept my engagement up tho! I think it's a very sweet game otherwise. Music and voice acting were great, but the art is the shining star.
Thank you very much for your feedback!
