One of the must play games among the entries. Very scary.
I read that this is one of your first complete games, and you definitely did a nice job with that!
The game had a unique atmosphere and art style. The mini-games were fun to play, although the maze was really tough! 😅 I had difficulty controlling the character, maybe that could be smoothed out at bit more in a future update.
The theme was present—check. The audio and SFX were ok.
A solid jam entry, and I encourage you to keep going and keep improving with your next games! You’re off to a strong start! 🎮✨💪
thank you very much, I will definitely modify the maze, many have had difficulties, including me.
this jam was really a great opportunity to get seriously to work without stopping the project halfway as I always do. thanks again
Nice, I like the graphics! The sounds also fit the game's overall atmosphere very well too, keep up the great work!
Very good. Graphics is perfect. Story too.
Good job working on the game. The maze level was interesting but very difficult. I eventually got through it and liked the defending heart level the most. I guess reading through the other comments now, I was not supposed to defend the heart. But I would hate to have to do that maze level again so I felt some pressure trying not to fail the final round.
thanks for playing the game, I'm glad you liked it. the maze is a bit difficult, I always skipped it in playtesting
This is a really good game congrats, I like the visuals so much
thank you so much
The atmosphere is great, it’s tense
Great atmosphere. I had a lot of fun with this one, especially the maze game, it felt like I was defusing a bomb. I defended the heart at the end and realized I probably wasn't supposed to do that. Also, after that, I accidentally clicked on the skull immediately after solving the card game and this happened:
Which I assume is a bug.
yes I would say it's a bug, thank you very much for finding it after the jam I'll get to work on that
Really great overall game design - kind of horrifying, but in a good way! The text is a bit difficult to read, though it does fit the aesthetic. You’ve got a solid combination of story, animations, and gameplay that, while simple, works really well. The robot’s voice was a bit overwhelming, as it talks quite a lot and can get a little annoying over time. I also struggled with the maze at first. The controls were tricky to grasp since the movement follows the mouse, but the offset seems to change due to the speed of Lili. It might be more intuitive if you became Lili and the mouse disappeared, while speed doesn't matter.
The final part...I spent too much time protecting the thing before realizing that doing nothing was actually the key to breaking the loop. But eventually I figured it out and think that this is really tied into the theme.Overall, this is a really well-crafted and fitting entry - great work!
I initially wanted to do as you say in the maze, but I didn't manage to program it unfortunately, for the rest your advice is all excellent and very valuable that I will use in the update, thanks again, I will try your game soon
Why are there no comments?
It was really scary, the sounds are perfect, and the visual are so good, great work!
thank you very much, I played portal paradox I'll leave you a comment soon
I like the disturbing atmosphere that its created using those colors and clock-ticking sound. And I also like the robot's voice, it fits very well.
I got a bit dissapointed on the last part because I was expecting something to happen in the first minute exploding bullets, untill I gave up to see what happens. Couldn't find how to break the loop yet, but it must be somewhere arround there.
I think you can achieve great things with this project, it is a good begining!
thank you very much it's the first game I complete, I will improve it and update it after the jam, for now due to the short time I haven't been able to do everything as I had in mind, thanks again for what you said
