I like the deck however I feel like the alt win condition might be a little difficult to do since you'll usually only have the first one out first while the power card moves don't have too many ways to sacrifice themselves. That being said, the second one is really cool. I like it :)

After having a couple of days to mull it over, I definitely agree with this assessment. Part of the reason why my decision to submit was so last minute is because I came up with the deck's theming and gimmick really quickly, and then struggled for a while with trying to fully balance making sacrifice fodder, sacrifice enablers, and sacrifice payoffs. Basically every card in the deck went through at least 1 rework or complete redesign. At the time of creating the cards, I definitely overestimated how quickly the Alter would generate Blood Sacrifice Counters. With the benefit of hindsight, I think I'd change it so you don't have to remove the Blood Sacrifice Counters from the alter and instead just make it so that each effect could only be used once a turn after it reached the appropriate number of Counters. That way it's a constantly scaling threat and a lot more befitting it's spot as a "plan to win".
