Pretty good. One thing I would do, mechanically, is make the Table of Events a d12 table instead of 2d6 - this would simplify the first 4 results. Instead of rolling an extra d4, just use the roll that you already have.

Thanks for the feedback. The 2d6 was chosen for the probabilities. The 2-4 and 10-12 occur pretty much the same amount as the 7, and more than the 5 or the 6. This was intentional as I wanted those results to occur more often. But a d12 would be smoother especially if the d4 portion was broken out. Thanks very much for having a look and making the suggestion. I appreciate it.
