Yeah the rapid preg pills were nice once I got over my instinctive aversion of it not being "optimal to use them". I also see your point in that you'll have more to do.
Yeah I agree that the wait for the Fertilitea works well. It wasn't a complaint, I think it's a good change. Even if it was hilarious in the old versions.
While I agree that "forcing" a VIP to show up feels bad, the other angle to consider is "If I know X is always going to show up at Midnight on Friday, maybe I want to work the floor that night" though with the current way time passes it'd have to be something else.
