Really fun game! I have one main big issue that was already addressed by TitouanRobin but it bears repeating: 20 waves is WAY too long. It makes me second guess every time I want to prestige because playing through a single level feels like a chore, especially if my stats are good enough to just barrel through, since it's purely a waiting game of the enemies spawning.

I also have a bunch of other smaller issues!

I got to level 9 and it seemed to have bugged out. Red didn't send out any pokemon and I was just kinda sitting there firing the projectiles.

Pokemon who have HP regenerating moves feel awful. Like- I understand it conceptually but when I get Oddish as a starter and seemingly their first ability does nothing It's just kinda annoying, Especially since I personally never encountered a moment in gameplay throughout the entire session that made me think I wanted to heal. It also feels bad when there's a pokemon like Victreebell where you finally get enuogh money to evolve them to their third form and the capstone ability is one that doesn't even help that much. Maybe make them give temporary damage buffs or attack speed buffs? I feel like that would make it feel much more usable.

I seemed to be able to use my third ability as Combusken before evolving to Blaziken. Unsure if that's a universal problem or just that pokemon since I refreshed the page and lost my progress, so I wasn't able to test more (oops)

I encountered a bug where if I had an item equipped before I prestiged, it would remain equipped for the next pokemon.

Also, Poison Barbs and its upgrade are just hand down the best held items in the game. No contest. They essentially double or triple the damage you do since instad of piercing through one enemy while leaving them alive, it ends up hitting the same pokemon multiple times, making the 4.5k costing poison barb already better than the 150k rainbow macho brace. Now, I personally LOVE having pierce, and it made the game way more fun. If you fix the mechanic to not hit the same pokemon twice, I think adding a pierce upgrade to the main shop or the prestige shop would be a good idea.

The pokemon in the Lava area don't actually go towards you. They go towards right under you and you can just sit there and attack them even if they're too tough for your current stats and they'll never be able to hurt you

I know that it's like- not really a pokemon thing but I think being able to hold multiple items would be fun- maybe as a prestige upgrade to increase the amount you can equip at once

I love the fact that you made a whole wiki????? It's really cool and nice to be able to just check things. Idunno I just have a lot of respect for that.

I think that's everything!

I know that I'm kinda hitting with a lot but its because I see a ton of potential here. Keep refining this and I could see myself playing it for so long!

(Also please make the save system work or make it work with the browser to auto save where you are when you refresh it makes a game like this basically unplayable past one small session)

Very excited to come back after a few more updates!

Thank you so much for playing and leaving such thorough feedback, it's very much appreciated!
I've just rolled out a new patch, which should fix most of the obvious issues the last version had.
All (i think) of the game breaking bugs, such as items staying on prestige, enemies not spawning, all specials usable on first evolution, enemies not aiming exactly towards player and the wayyy overpowered Poison Barb to name a few. Some of these I wouldn't even have noticed without you, so thank you lots for that!

The save functions took a while to get working, being the main reason for the slow update, but it seems to be working now (AT LEAST I HOPE IT DOES!!!!!)

In regards of the high amount of waves, I haven't changed that for now. I thought I should let you know that the later stages from 9 onwards are TOUGH, and I honestly don't think it's possible to beat them without prestiging a few times for upgrades and stronger pokemon. This was a design choice from the beginning, mostly since Level 12 is the final level of the game right now.
That being said, as soon as I have some player feedback on the later levels, I will definitely revisit the idea of changing up the waves.
I plan on creating an infinite mode as well to kind of combat this mindset of mine.

For now, I've kept the single held item. Mainly because it will take a bit of rewiring of the whole held system, but I do like your idea, and I might revisit that aswell.

Also, I'm loving that you enjoyed the Wiki haha I honestly just love when these types of games has a place with a bit more knowledge only the developers would know. I'll keep updating that as time passes as well :)

All in all, I wanna thank you for your amazing comment. Hoping to hear your thoughts on the new update!
