I'll come out the gate and say I'm a sucker for autoshooter/bullet heaven/survivor-like games, so I might give this a little too much leeway...


But it was a fun little experience!

I like the idea of the both you and the enemies scaling over time, since a lot of the time enemy power doesn't change until you reach a boss or something like that.

And I think this is a good skeleton to grow off of, if you want to continue with it. Add some upgrades, enemy types, etc. and you could have something cooking...


Screen shake was a nice touch, even if it did become overwhelming eventually (maybe you could only apply it on critical hits, if you end up implementing them?)


And doing all of this solo in 2 weeks is crazy - I made a VS clone myself to learn Godot and it probably took me like a month to get the basic mechanics and art in to the stage that this submission is, so great job!


Definitely would be willing to come back and check it out if you return to it post jam!
