Hi. It's about not repackaging or reselling them as assets, they must be incorporated into a project. Meaning you can't simply re-upload or resell my textures elsewhere as your own, otherwise they're totally good to use in mods or games.

Regarding the logo, it was originally a Quake pack so it was supposed to evoke the logo while being its own thing (a horned skull and crossbones). I don't believe they own the rights to crescent horns or a detached spike, but that being said it's got me thinking it really limits their use, so I think I'll add versions that are simply traditional skull and crossbones soon.

The source of my concern is that OS projects cannot avoid hosting assets independently (The few I know of that do not are working with commercial products that should be end-user-supplied anyways).

In any case, I am assuming these sets cannot be used for my projects (OS/future OS).

Thank you for clarifying the design on those fabric textures. All you really need to do to the original textures is make the horns the same color as the bones, or at the very least make the horns and spike different colors. The first option will make it look like the horns belong to the skull, not the spike below, while the second will clarify that it is two separate shapes behind the skull. (The version without either will still be very helpful for others though)
