Changing masks doesn't work within the web player! When I played I had to just run away and collect everything, also it's hard to see the UI. May be intentional given the concept
If you’re talking about changing masks at the start, you actually need to pick them first, just like relics. You get the first mask at the start, the second at the 7th position, and the third at the 11th. Also I have updated the game.
