Very unique premise, very fun, and very slick! Low FPS may or may not lead to massive jank. XD

"Hey, I'd like to buy this. My offer is $1000."

> Renegotiate

"Ok, I guess I'm willing to spend $189,433"

I liked this! Took me a sec to figure out what was going on, but once you make a few sales and get better clothes you spiral upwards from there. It does kinda make you feel like a used car salesman, too. Selling absolute garbage to get by, then slowly learning what you can and can't get away with. Feels like an actual, legit, tiny roguelike. Nice work!

Howdy: this looks super cool, and I enjoyed the vibe when I booted it up, but pretty severe performance issues kept me from going too far. Would love to retry if I had a stronger PC ;_;

I defeated le boss.

"you are nitpicky and biased"

Excellent bait-and-switch game. My only complaint is that it's less than an hour in playtime.

Crazy how people are like "oh yeah let's make a curling game" and then it's actually good.

Really cool concept, good level of challenge. Short, sweet. Nicely done!

"Why pick one when you can have them all."

Really fun, really creative, really on theme. Lever part was tricky but I did it hehe.

Really cool game, great work for 10 days.

Weirdly enough, our team also made a dating sim X platformer!

"Y'know, sometimes I wonder about if soap is actually real."

  1. On my first playthrough, I skipped the tutorial and had no idea what to do.
  2. On my second playthrough, I clicked on Test 2 and instantly got a Game Over...? Morality score 100? Confused.
  3. On my third playthrough, I didn't use the feather and got a 0.
  4. On my fourth playthrough I went looking for the gun and it didn't appear o_O

Being 100% genuine, this game has a pretty insane aesthetic going on. I have no idea who made this wacky music or where these insane non-sequitur soundbytes come from, but that, combined with the sciency-name and weird rabbit clouds just gave this crazy surreal vibe. Was a little disappointed when I couldn't do anything past Test 2, cos I would fully believe there are like 9 tests of increasingly weird vibe.

Some requests:

  • Button to skip the intro
  • Controller support worked on HTML but not the downloaded exe...?

lmk if you end up working on this more :eyes:

  • Really cool aesthetic: whole thing looked great
  • Strange control scheme: I didn't realize I could use the drone until I read the comments here and pressed ESC to get a controls menu
  • Fun vibe - sliding is cool. But also sliding encourages you to go fast, and you have to be really slow and careful to platform around blind jumps like that.

I think this could benefit from a few controls tweaks and a tutorial section. My drone would sometimes get stuck or get me stuck. That being said, the vibes are really strong here.

  • Slick Shards: 3/5. Looks cool and unique, fun for a bit.
  • Slick Shake: 4/5. I like snake.
  • Slick Sam: 2/5. Didn't feel like I could do much if Sam decided he wants me dead.
  • Slick Spear: 3/5. All the promise of Slick Shards with all the punishment of Slick Sam.

I like the aesthetic of the game a lot. Reminds me of old browser games ^_^

Me: COME ON STOP SLIDING UR RIGHT IN THE CIRCLES

The 17 quirky saxophones in the background: "toot-tee-tee-toot-tee-tee-toot tototototototo-"

  • + art is so cute (esp Ghost Stones ghost (GSG))
  • + wizards
  • - it would be nice if there was a delay between final score and transition to shop, so I can figure out what the heck I did to win
  • Broom underpowered plz buff?
  • ? the game informed me that I won because I'm good at curling but it didn't realize that actually I'm good at making the pucks hit each other and then the wall to get 10x the score requirement while absolutely ignoring the target XD

Overall this was super cute and I'm glad I get to be one of the first to play it.!

I tried to play this game and itch.io said I wasn't allowed to.

10/10 would click again.

Helpful tip to players: the larger the window size, the better visibility you get.

The meta is having a 1,000,000 inch monitor. Really makes the game easier.

Cute penguin game. 9/10 art. I wish the game didn't eat my inputs 2/3 times I press any direction. I also wish it ran at more than 4 frames per second. But I can forgive these flaws because penguin.

I ate two bugs and beat 3 levels.

There's not a lot here, but even still the character movement felt solid and the sprites were indeed cute!

A solid starting base for a platformer.

A simple, adorable game which is so small yet has such satisfying mechanics. We do need more games like Frogfall.

Frogfall teaches us that even if we sink to the very bottom, with enough flies, we can still finish the level.

I played this game and it changed my
