I'm also inching closer to my ticket having been open for about a month without having received a response. I even rquested an update under that ticket, but nothing.

The issue has been going on for several months now and itch are not acknowledging it and people who are reaching out and asking for support are met with silence. That is no way to treat customers. I find this unaccaptable. 

I agree that more people should open support tickets and escalate the issue. 

I already emailed support about this two weeks ago. I have not received a response as of yet. Which is quite frustrating.

It's not working for me either. I sent an email to the itch support ten days ago, but I haven't received a response yet. 

I'm having the same issue (Win 11). It's frustrating to see that this has not been fixed yet, even though people have been reporting this for two months.  What's going on at itch.io?

Yes, the game is really enjoyable and I'm looking forward to the next part! But, equally, please take your time and don't burn yourself out. I can only imagine how much effort creating a game as only one person must be. Take care. :) 

Hi! Just finished Part 1 and can only say that it is phenomenal. Really looking forward to Part 2 and I hope you are having as much of a good time making this game as I had playing the first part of it! 

The art is great - Hayato is very hot. The writing is good (I played in English. I'm not a native English speaker but I found the writing quite appealing, considering it is not translated by a human; didn't come across any major errors either). The story is very dark, but I think it's an interesting exploration of masculinity-related trauma and reclaiming power. 

From a game design perspective I like that you introduced new mechanics gradually. The pace at which you put them in felt very nice.

I'm aware that you put a disclaimer about the darker themes of the game page but I think it may be a good idea to  include them in the game itself with the next patch. Just to be sure.

Thank you for the reply but that doesn't seem to work. When I want to update manually, the launcher says that the game is up to date but it still crashes afte a "Please update to newest version" message - which is weird since the game is up to date.

I'm having the same issue. Running into some bugs at day one is fine. But seeing that so many people aren't even able to play at all is unacceptable. I hope this gets fixed soon.
