Interesting, I’m uncovering Pico-8 with games like this.

These retro, pixel-art, pseudo-arcade games look really nice.

I love this kind of abstract narrative concept.

It reminds me of the limits of abstraction, when in philosophy you start using metalogic to understand self-referential questions and dilemmas.
It makes me feel as if it breaks reality down into conceptual atoms...

What a nerd i am, lol.

It’s genuinely impressive how much essence the game manages to convey with so little. As you mention in the description, the lore is quite obtuse, but at the same time that uncertainty gives the game a very pleasant feeling… well, more like "unpleasant" really, but in a good way.

And... i was happy with my 30 seconds try :(

Great game! I have tried to find the optimal way of completing it. "Im sure that my time can be easily beaten, i'm not speedrunner"

The laser disapear when i put a mirror
Sadly i cant play it :(

SG is one of my favourite games too. If you haven’t played it, I really recommend the whole Zero Escape / Zero Time Dilemma trilogy. In my opinion, it’s the best time-travel, multiline sci-fi story out there.
And if you get the chance, you should also try Time Hollow.

Browser, probably today i will download it to try all the paths

Yeah, im a little bit too much obsesive with that, since now i have developed two programs to represent graphically books of "choose your own adventure" style.

As an example this is my flowchart from "Lifes lottery by Kim Newman", one of the best books that i have ever read :)

I like the feel of the storytelling, sounds and visuals are so nice, remember me games like inscription or pony island

Sadly i have not see the good ending because the game crashes to me... dont know why it sudenly stops writting :(

Great application of the idea! I reached five points and then died… :P

This feels like the Dark Souls of changing paths.

Maybe a simpler layout would be a better option for a jam but thats only my opinion.

I really like the concept and would like to play more levels.

Maybe you distanced the game from the theme while trying to create a unique mechanic, but that’s also what a game jam is about sometimes.

I mean… I feel this game is more about “creating paths” than “changing paths”.

Simple idea but great and original graphics, 5 in visuals

Very cool game, i think that this type of experiments are perfect projects for gamejams

Thanks! Yeah, if I had more time I’d make my own art, since I have some experience with Photoshop and drawing, but I also used this as an experiment for AI image consistency.

Thanks, like half of the sounds are made with my mouth :P

Thanks <3

Basically what says in title, i want to make a c# little console game and i would like to upload to itchio with a way of playing it without need to download it.

Can i do that in some way?

Yeah, i know that is a little bit awkward the controls of writing, its not very well programmed that part and then i had troubles to change it.

In fact, upgrades of (letters that are already writed) was going to be like "critics", appear in red and do double damage to enemies, but in that moment the code already was very shitty and i couldnt change it in so complex way :v

Very very cool game, i love it

Simple, ingenioso y entretenido, enhorabuena
