Woah. I can totally see this game placing really high in the jam (though spooky might be a limiting factor), you did a phenomenal job implementing a unique and interesting game design. I adore the witty intro sequence, I read it all out loud in a weird accent, which I don't know how to feel about (It was a good thing). I love the idea that Jimi just has intermittent memory loss which completely warps his abilities. It was fun to try to keep up with different keys being the scream key, super creative. 

I found the level length a bit long, and the ramp-up was slow (Maybe I'm just impatient). You could benefit greatly from more map layouts. The mechanics are really well polished, the animations are great, sounds are perfect. Brilliant execution!

The artstyle is so simple but awesome, and the concept of changing Jimi's scream?  So creative.  The movement of Jimi is soo good.

Nice game! The tight, single-screen scope works really well here. Everything feels polished, even the little squish animation when the player lands is a great touch. The power-ups fit nicely into the flow, and the “Press F to scream” bit is a clever addition. The intro sets things up clearly and cleanly.

Cute game! I like Jimi. You did a really good job choosing a decently small scope and sticking to it -- I wish there was a bit more variety in the upgrades (quadruple jump is funny, but I was really waiting for a "more gems spawn" or "you deal more damage to X enemy type" type thing), but I still stuck around until I knew I had unlocked them all (I decided that was my win condition). Great job!

Very well polished game felt very juicy which i like! would be cool to not get doubles on the upgrade screen. other than that really cool game!

I like the fact that you chose to play on the word “scream” rather than the classic horror theme expected for the jam. Well done, the concept of “Press F to Scream” is very well defined, with the added touch of power-ups that you can choose in whatever order you like, which also has a direct link to the tradition and memories of good old Jimi. The juicy effects are also very well done.

Amazing! Very creative and fun mechanic and it all felt so polished :D

The vibes of the into are soooooo good. It’s a fun mechanic, it gets pretty stressful in later levels when the key changes when you need to scream! I wish we needed to collect less crystal per level or that they spawned faster the more enemies are on screen.

Loved the art overall, great job!

A magnificent little arcade game. Razor-sharp controls, fiendish enemies, and an amazing gameplay premise: it feels like a cross between the original Mario Bros and Typing of the Dead. Really fun to play. This would have made you a millionaire in 1993.

It's definitely not a horror game, but it is a game about screaming, so I'd say it fits within the parameters of the jam.

I did kind of wish that the different levels had a different layout. Also, I really wasn't using the Dash ability; I wanted to keep my right hand free for the ever-shifting Scream key commands. Left Shift that might have been easier to reach with my left hand.

I loved this game i played it for way too long, there was a small chance a crystal spawned in front of the letter which almost got me killed, but great game :]
